That is completely true Carol. I've been more happy in my own skin for the past several years than I ever was before. I do want to be healthy inside and out because obviously that is important for a long life, so I do take care of myself in that respect.
However, I dislike the media, entertainment business, magazines, etc. for pushing their interpretation of what us girls & woman should look like. Too many girls are getting boob jobs, nose jobs, lipo, botox, starving themselves, etc. at a very surprising young age...and it continues.

At 61, I have found this to be so true. Too bad more of us don't realize it when we are younger.
